We can assist with that during our Step 01 Getting to Know You. We will also discuss the location you would like your photo shoot and what type of pictures you hope to get so we can best capture your extraordinary moments.

We prefer to know at least 2 weeks in advance if possible. However we can try to accommodate where we can.

We target to have edited final pictures within 7-14 days of photo session.

Yes, we can deliver promptly within 3 hours of the event for a $300 rush charge.

This would depend on the length of the session. For mini session, a single outfit change; whereas longer full session 2-3 outfit changes can be accommodated.

30% deposit (retainer fee) of the total fee is due when session is booked and is non-refundable. The remaining amount 40% is due day of session. Last 30% due after delivery of final photos.

The remaining final 30% due after delivery of final photos to secure all final arrangements and ensure a smooth delivery process.

A minimum of 1 week written notice is required for all cancellations. Failure to provide 1 week notice will result in the forfeiture of the retainer, as it compensates for the inablility to re-book the slot.

Yes more than 1 week out, please let us know your new date. If less than 1 week, please refer to cancellation policy.
